Magnum ltd - fargo, nd

Be careful, it's a windy mess up here. My travels between Fargo, Bismarck and Grand Forks it was so windy I lost 1 1/4 mpg.

 

@supersnackbar did you just pull through Coke in Grand Forks...

 

Not sure, maybe tomorrow. Was offered a 900 mile 3 day run (after a 2100 mile 7 day week). Asked for something more productive, said working on it (that is all I ever hear). He said plan on picking it up, but if he gets anything better he'll have me bring it to the yard and swap out otherwise he'll put a day layover on it. We shall see, but, just as I was about to turn positive, another crappy week looks eminent.

 

So I just talked to accounting, had a question about my check that was explained and they are awesome people. I asked about scale receipts if we pay with the company card or use the app that uses the card.

THEY DO NOT NEED A RECEIPT SCANNED IN WITH YOUR BILLS IF YOU DO IT THAT WAY. Card purchases are downloaded every night and if they see a scale receipt with your bills they assume you payed out of pocket for it and it confuses them. So I was correct with my past assumption, don't send a scale receipt with your bills if you pay with the corporate card.

 

Yup. Was a day early, and he was on his 15th truck for the day. He said it might be 4 or 5 before I was done, so I said I will come back in the morning. I hit the J to do laundry and chill.

 

LOL yeah I am the other Magnum here, just got into the door and then I'm headed to Hennings and back to Fargo...

 

He was relieved that I said I would come back. It's not like I have anything else to do, my next load picks up at 10 tomorrow. You can tell it was my truck, I stopped at the Fargo yard twice yesterday, the truck is a muddy mess. And I just got the interior clean over the weekend after the last time I was there.

 

I'm proud of you ssb. Your posts have been more positive lately.

 

Yeah I am changing trucks tonight, hopefully I can use the shop otherwise I'll be cleaning over the weekend...

 

are they giving out any new 2017 trucks yet. Thinking hard about coming back to magnum
