How's the storage space on those Petes? I used to store a lot of stuff on the top bunk of the Cascadia's I've had in the past.

Tight. Think of it as more of a regional spec'd truck doing OTR duty. 1 closet with a hanging bar, 2 mid sized open shelves (with bunge cord like restraints), on top of those shelves are a open just tall enough to put a mid size dvd or satellite receiver. A shelf for a microwave and a cabinet the size of a small dorm fridge under the microwave shelf with a small cubby cabinet in between(Pete calls it a coffee pot storage cabinet) There are pictures on here a ways back...but if you have Cascadia...take over half of your stuff and leave it at home. There is some storage under the bunk, but you either have to clear off your stuff to get to it, or go in from the side...but with our trucks, we have the apu's a/c box, a subwoffer and the bunk heater under there too.

A lot of us have made shelves for more storage space. I swapped trucks and didn't have the tools needed to remove the shelf in my old truck. So my son and I built another one yesterday. With the shelf addition I have plenty of storage....

I don't know how much stuff one needs, I'm not bagging on your opinion as this is the only truck I've driven, I got a lot of crap and think it's plenty. And the bed is bigger than a regular twin. I got to swing by my parents and me and pops built a shelf that took 20 minutes and I put all my food/utensils/ and miscellaneous stuff in it. One more container or a bigger closet would be nice for clothes. And the fridge in my opinion is fine, should be able to hit a Walmart or like store within 10 days on the road to resupply refrigerated items.

I'll take it a little tight, probably jinxing myself but been here 6 months without a break down and just put 202,000 on the truck. Reliability is worth more to me than an extra shelf.

My biggest beef is leg room, seat all the way back and I can't stretch my legs out unless I contort my body and it's not very comfortable.

Gonna be in Fargo tomorrow for 1100 delivery, taking the truck to peterbuilt to get my vents fixed, all day job. Reloading in Grand Forks Philadelphia Mac run to NC on Friday. Anyone gonna be there?

If I get put up in the red roof I'll def be hitting the hot tub and do some free laundry.
