Yeah I pulled a load to FL from Chicago last year and enjoyed doing it, it would be nice to continue to expand the country to keep us all moving...

I would love to see some Florida loads.... I'm hoping they have some insider info and that's why they are hiring from Florida...
Made my delivery this morning in Fowlerville MI and then got reloaded in Kalamazoo MI about 3 hrs early... Which set the table to run all the way to Coon Rapids tonight. I'll drop this in the yard for a Monday delivery and I pick up in Newport at 10 am headed to Aberdeen MD....
I love running hard off of hometime....
We shall see what Jeremy has in store for Tuesday for me....Ordy19 Thanks this. -

So far this last 2-ish weeks, I went from SA to Concord, NC. Then dead headed to Atlanta to load for Hanover Park, IL. Then rush thru morning traffic to get over to the Heart of Italy neighborhood too try and get my trailer loaded for @Oor to take back to MN for home time. I took the last leg of his load to almost Fort Wayne, IN. Then instead of getting a return trip back to CR for an oil change, I got offered a paint load to Clackamas, OR and pounced on it. Dead headed from Auburn, IN all the way to Lima, OH and hauled butt for Portland. Stopped in North Platte, NE to barely squeeze in a 34. Got hailed on, and lucked out. Before the storm hit me, it had dropped a twister, then weakened over me (pea sized hail) and then restrengthened to drop soft ball sized hail and more tornados around Lincoln. Started my pretrip right at 34:01 and managed to hit Cheyenne right after they opened 80 from a blizzard, amd drove the tail end of that. Rolled into Clackamas pinching my hours and got there 30 minutes early. Reload was an hour south of Salem and then had enough time to get to Hermiston, OR. Pinched hours and got to my delivery in Cokato, MN 30 minutes early. Taking a breather in CR since I am almost completely out of my 70. Got the truck serviced and a Queso Blanco Chimichanga and some margaritas in my belly. Ill check my miles for the month so far tomorrow....i need to catch up on sleep.

I picked up at Philly Mac in Grand Forks today, appt was at 0900, got there at 0600, didnt know when they opened. 0700 if anyone is wondering if you havent been there.I was loaded at 1045. Went to the J and scaled it out. Called the shop and Peterbuilt said my truck would be ready at 1400. So I showered and hung out there and left at 1250, got to the yard at 1407. Dropped my trailer walked in the shop and Peterbuilt just called and said my truck was finally ready. If your vents stop working they have to take the entire dash out to change out a part. I dropped it there Wednesday at 1300 and it only took them 48 hours to get it done.... Got a ride over there, picked the truck up and was on the road at like 1500 ish.
I wanted to get to S Beloit tonight but I was tired as hell, hit the Pilot in Mauston at 2250. Need to get to the AA truck stop in Jackson, OH tomorrow, gonna be a long one, 622 miles but very doable. Will make Sunday a bit easier/shorter.
Reload is Monday at 1630 at Kay Chem going to Sturtevant, WI. I hate late day pick ups when I deliver early in the morning. Maybe Kay will load me early, will def be calling them while I am getting unloaded. After I finish the load offer to Sturtevant which delivers on the 18th will put me at 7472 miles for the month. Going home the 27th, not going to be a bad month at all for me. A couple lay over days for truck work. Might get 11k without Ghost miles. With Ghost miles over 12k. I am a fan of the East Coast loop.Pigbacon Thanks this. -

I stopped to pay the toll on I-44 at US69 in OK yesterday, and the lady asked if I had BestPass. Told her it's not working for OK; she said "yes, it is." I went on down the road & drove through the "no-stop" lanes for PikePass at the next booth, and the light blinked on saying "Thank you". I guess it's working in OK now...
