I have weeks like that. It's whenever my trailers have Thermo Kings. I get a Carrier I become Mr. -10. I've adjusted to sleeping through their starting and stopping, so it matters less to me now.

 

Carriers are just Magnum's truck message feature to help rock you to sleep at night...

 

And make every other non reefer hauling driver despise us

 

Oh I don't know, all those idling drivers with their pressure regulators popping off all night...I'd say we're just getting our own back...

 

That sucks. Maybe you'll get one of those 4,200 mile weeks like everyone else

 

Oh, they're always happy to see us. We have their beer and french fries.

 

Actually, I always thought of him more of a spotter so when Dad took aim, no innocent people were hit by accident.

I guess that is one area I have been lucky here, I have only hauled 1 Carrier, and it was an empty from CR to Gaylord. The only time it ran was when I fired it up to make sure it would cool correctly. (Now that I have said that I bet I pull a Carrier within the next week....that karma thing again)

only if my luck changes. Usually I get 1 good week every 4 or 5...but here's hoping anyway

So I'm curious you guys...I know the regard y'all had for Paul. I had spoken to him a few times and always felt magnum was fortunate to have a cat like him on board. Has the culture that he cultivated changed at all in the months following the tragedy?
