What is the most a driver can make per mile...if he meets all the performance pay requirements

 

42 cents per mile is the average, but most drivers there have no idea what they get paid per mile with all the silly "bonuses"

 

Does the cpm ...change month to month...Or each 4 months

 

It only changes after each 4 month evaluation period. The only variable during that 4 month period is if you haul a hazmat load, then they add 5 cpm to that loads miles. And as busy as the guy is that makes the decision, it's the 5th month before he sets the new pay rate, then back pays you to your last trimester end date if you're due a raise. Not sure how it works if you have a bad 4 month period and lose a few cents per mile. We really don't have bonuses other than hazmat.

If you read the survey you would see what the average is. And your wrong...
As SSB said, the only bonus is the hazmat .05 CPM when you haul a placarded load...

 

So what is the average pay according to the survey(is this survey internal or available for public view?)? Also, what is the base pay for 1 yrs experience? I've been following this thread for a while and I'm starting my job search for a new company on Monday...so far it's between magnum and Maverick TCD
