Man in wheelchair catches ride behind semi

i'd have to wonder, why the trucker didn't see him, and slow down, and pull over.

then i'd have to wonder if had there been an accident, would the trucker be liable.......cuz we all know how lawyers can turn things ugly.

Wow. The guys arm must be getting tired. Yet gees louise. Doesnt matter what side of the truck the driver sits. How can you not notice this and come to a stop safely on the left side of the road???

When I searched the vid. Other vids were pointing to this happening in South Africa. Not that it makes it any less important
