Generally speaking, Marten's policy is 1 day off for every 5 days out....up to a maximum of 4 days off at a time.

There's a catch though.....they go on a "24" hour basis for time off, IE: you work all day the day you get home around 6pm, if you have 2 days off accrued, then they expect you back on the road in that 48 hours. IE: Off friday 6pm, back sunday 6pm. It's bs.

Thats most companies...what changes it is the relationship you have with your dispatcher. You are a very whiny driver. You'd be unhappy at any company even ones with home daily deals. Maybe you should find a new calling in life. Or go Owner Operator so they can't force dispatch you, force you to leave hometime. Force you to take sleep tests.
