Something about if Mercer didn't get paid, then they would take back what was paid from the driver ??????
I think maybe. Could be wrong, I have been wrong before I will be wrong again I'm sure.

So what is the length if the lease and the total cost of a flatbed or drop deck thru Mercer?
-
60 months. Mine is 425 a month plus 100 escrow. So 525 x 60 months equals $31,500. At the time for the same trailer the best i could find from a trailer dealer was 28k cash. Add in a reasonable finance charge and it was quite evident mercer isn't making much on these trailers.Last edited: Aug 14, 2016
RStewart and tommymonza Thank this. -
I grabbed a used one
44 months at 535 with a purchase price of $1
I reread the lease - technicaly I'm renting the trailer for 500 a month and a 35 a month administration fee and on 3/1/2020 I can buy the trailer for 1$
I'll tell you they take care of the trailers that come back if you buy used , mine for example had new brakes . Some others had new tires .RStewart, Home_on_wheels, Highway Sailor and 1 other person Thank this. -
28k. Did that include side boxes?
-
Yep. But not good ones. The same cheap ### ones mercer buys.77fib77 Thanks this.

True but I got mine with 23 payments left new boxes and tires. I gues the utility's are higher becuse mine is $635 with $3700 left on the note at the end but I looked for a used and couldn't find a 2012 anywhere near 18,000 without the financing

I'm assuming the trailers available through Mercer are combo trailers versus full aluminum?
-
Yes they have Great Dane combo trailers available
-
Yikes looks like you got some good air under that boat hold on baby
