Recruiter just quoted me an average of $1.90/mi to the truck out of the Midwest for flat/step freight. Any truth to this?

Seems a tad low but they have the #s and it seems they always quote a tad low here. But it is an average and just cause I pull for more in that area doesn't mean everyone will.
