Dont say that i came in dry van switch to flat with no experience been doing it 2 yrs now..if u willing to learn u can do it

 

I did a year with the maroon bafoons so...

 

Some drivers just rude no support
There are good guys at mercer few drivers helped me when i switched to flat from tarping to strapping chaining so im ggrateful im doing well...if u decide to do it i wish u luck

Glad you're still here & doing well. Haven't seen you on ttr much.

 

Earlybird was in the same orientation as us. Made the transition a little sooner from van to flat than we did. But our experience is the same. We asked for, and recieved, lots of advice and help when we made the switch. (And I've even helped hubby untarp and unstrap a load -- local-ish delivery, and I got more time with him. I really do love the hours we spend together in the truck. Lots of talk about everything!)
