    Id bet the broker posting it for 3900 was taking a loss. Picking on a Sunday, in "I Dont Know Where, KY." and seeing that kind of range in a rate ( and it not being a Landstar posting.)

    I dont know Mercer, i dont look at load boards from a carrier perspective, but i do know i got bent over in FL this weekend and lost a few thousand. Having 2000 in a load i cover for 1800, and now cant get a truck under it for less than 2700. Sucks but its the nature of the business.
