Well that just stinks! Guess Mercer is out for us for now.

 

Oh well..Guess for me to because I wasn't bringing this $750 per week truck plus the maint. acct that makes it $900..I was going to do a $425 per week truck for a bit, then just buy one.

 

Well that does suck. Sorry to hear about that part.

 

I would say to everyone, call your recruiters and find out what your options are. All of you are in different situations.

 

Vans only

Guess I need to give mine a call because van is what I was waiting on lol...If I brought the truck I have on, it will be $900 per week plus Ins and trailer. Don't think van or flat would pay enough for me to justify close to 4k per month payment, but I could be wrong.

 

Yeah, I just texted my husband and told him to call to make sure she got the fax I sent this morning and to ask about this. I also want him to find out an estimate of when he'd be able to start/when they'd have a trailer. I know he's at a pad right now up in North Dakota loading his tanker, so he's not able to call right now. He's not even reading my text messages! I think he's ignoring me.... Can't imagine why?

 

Have you compared insurance cost with mercer? When I came here my monthly insurance became what I use to pay per week. And that was ins. On tractor n trailer. It was a huge savings.
