Dude, it's a belt. What kind of idiot do you have trying to do this? Oh wait, it's a truck stop mechanic. There's your sign.

On my old thermo king sb3 unit, in order to change the top fan drive belts you had to actually pull the fan. Start to finish it easily took 3 hours. Was a serious pain in the ###.

So I'm shooting myself in the foot. I took another saddle load on Monday. I've done them twice before. The first time went super smooth. The second was a pita and I figured I'd give it one more shot. Dumb, dumb, dumb. First two stops Monday were nice and easy, in n out no sweat. Third stop at first I thought I hit a jackpot. Was expecting 6, they had 13 BUT nobody to load me till morning. Oh well, at least I'm getting extras as once I hit 18 I can just head for the customer I've been told repeatedly. Morning comes, I get loaded and head a couple of miles for my next stop. Only need 3 for a full load. I get there and see 4 right off the bat. BINGO! Get loaded, strapped and chained down I'm making out the BOL when my phone rings. I'm told I need to take one off. Seems the customer needs me to get one from the next stop. GRRRR. The pickup place just sent their driver home so nobody to take it off :-/. Anyway, I get it done and get to the next stop. This place wants money and won't load me till they get paid. So here I sit again waiting for someone else to straighten this crap out. I've lost 2 nights now and it's trying my patience. A 1 out of 3 record will probably keep me away from these in the future. Hope everyone else is having a great day :)
