Some of our agents have pretty big lots and you can park there.

 

I could be wrong but I thought Mercer required three years otr experience.

 

They must have changed it, I guess. Edit, yes it is one year.

I think it's 1 year if it's clean. If you have anything on your record, I think it's 3.

 

Only one year now? They sure have watered things down. that's a shame

 

Just going by what's on the website for hiring criteria, but in reality its what most carriers are doing. The pool of drivers is getting smaller

 

I almost didn't get approved because they didn't honor my drive time local and I only had 8 months regional at the flatbed company I worked for before coming here. 6 years driving total but local doesn't count
