Here is a complaint. The other one on the rippoff report was talking about dispatch being terrible. Smh.

LOL, I was looking to stir the pot because I was bored. Some one complaining over one ticket? I don't know the whole story, not going to assume either.

I do like the Celadon rumor. It fits with the rumor they now own Farm2Fleet too. We can run with that one. Oh and Celadon uses Quality trucks so they had to by us right?

The guy said he had a long book violation. Which he got fired for and Mercer paid the ticket, which he was going fight.....

Celedon buys all these companies. I'm assuming they treat the drivers like all the other drivers they have and then people leave, since its now a crap company. They could leave everything the same, but I rarely here companies doing that after they buy.

I read what he said. Like I said, I don't know the whole story and I'm not going to assume. Was it his 5th ticket? I don't know. Does a logbook ticket = 200 points? I don't think so but it might. I'll have to look in my safety book. I lost 12 points for a bad ABS trailer light. I do know enough that I'm sure there is more to the story then his little rant.

As for Celadon? I could give a .... Who they buy or what they do. Oh but I did get a rise from my original post. LOL

My assumption is that it turned into an OOS, violated either 10 or 14 hour rule. Which is probably enough if you have anything else???

We have a point system. It's all spelled out for us, get 200 points and your gone. It's not without warning, you are warned in your lease. Anyone that claims they were released without ANY warning is full of it. You even get letters telling you how many points you have lost or gained for an event. I just glanced for the breakdown but didn't find it. I did find 2 other things that I've been looking for. LOL

But like I said, I don't know his/her circumstances. I know enough that no matter what they claim, they are not giving the whole story. Nobody does. If you want to believe stories like that then be my guest. There is a better (and fairly true) one about Mercer firing 200 +\- contractors out in California back in??? 2009? It happens.
