If you guys are going to move your truck while on break it is best to just logout.

Why. Would. You log sleeper for 30 minute break, and why would you move truck on 30 minute break?

 

I loged sleeper cuz I was in truck lol. I didn't move my truck into 31 mins. I started the truck.

 

I always log those stupid 1/2 hour breaks on line 1, even if I never get out of the truck.

 

Sometimes I do hit off duty. Guess it depends on the day lol. Today? Pfft this rain sucks have a muilt stop load with tarp. Had to retarp 2 times lol

 

If you start driving it often will back up until u started the truck. I learned a while ago to just put myself on duty after I start the truck and log a tire check or something. This forces it NOT to back up the time until I started the truck. It can be a pain when rushing on a load and trying to get exactly a 30 min break or 8-10 hrs in the sleeper. But it prevents issues like described above. And now it's second nature to me so it still takes less time then paper logs.

 

God please give me some luck. Broke my pig tail. Idk how to replace em lol any tips without a shop.
