@MOGLAR Same story at different location but this time it's the Mercer truck that got more money. No company is perfect, having your own authority isn't perfect.

Mercer works for a lot of owner operators, Mercer does not work for a lot of drivers. But for those of us who are happy with Mercer your argument does not hold water.

I've been here 27 years other guys on this board have been here for under a year. There is a system to figure out.

 

My mercer starter tarps are now 5 years old

 

Mercer agents get 8 percent of the line haul. There is no way for them to double dip or skim of the top. that 8 percent comes out of the 25 Mercer takes. And the agents get paid from Louisville, just like the trucks.

what's your next piece of inaccurate information?

 

Mine are four, but two of them have more patch material than original tarp material. Any time I get lazy and don't put felt on a load I end up with a new hole or slice.

How are the rates for you guys right now in and around the southeast?

 

Hes not leased here, he just chimes in every now and again, he says he applied but I bet he got turned down,lol
