I could rebuild it for $17,000 lol. But with only 664298 and 65,000 of it mine I just don't see it being worth it.

How do you know you have zero pressure in the coolant system? The only time you should get any pressure at all is when the engine is working hard and the coolant tell stays to raise. The coolant reservoir has a spring loaded radiator cap on it right? And it's probably set for 11 pounds max. Maybe 13 before it pops spraying coolant every where. That the only time you should ever have pressure in that system.
The only tie the word pressure should come into a conversation about the coolant system is if you suspect you are leaking coolant into the engine and want to do a pressure check to make sure.

If I remember right, a while back you thought you might have a leaking head gasket. a quick pressure check would tell you that. You can buy the tool pretty much any where. They are cheap to. Probably 4p bucks at any auto zone. Might even be able to get one for free with their tool loaner program. It basically looks like a small hand pump you would use to blow up a foot ball with, with a small house and radiator cap at the end, and a gauge T'd in. You pump it till you get the same pressure that your cap is rated for, then watch to see if the gauge drops. If it does, you have a leak. if your lucky you will see coolant dropping on the outside and can find the line leaking. If no visible outside drips then next we check the air compressor by removing the coolant lines to it and plugging them off . Retest, if no pressure drop them the problem is the air compressor. Replace it. If there is still a pressure drop, do a bottle test.

On the outside of the engine, left side on a Detroit, there are rubber plug looking weep holes. If a liner is leaking you should see streaks there from coolant weeping out.

Before it was actually seeping from value cover haven't seeped in a month now. I'm try that when I get home 2moro. When I take cap off there no air coming out at all when it's hot. Use to hear air come out.

@CJndaTruck that's good observation on the 4 digit #. The only way I can see the coordinator passing the zip code for a favored truck would be if the 4 digit was say number 6 in line and the zip code was #5. I suppose the coordinator could let the load time out on the zip code, then offer it to the 4 digit.

This would only work if the coordinator had # 5 and #6. If the coordinator had truck #5 and #7 and another coordinator had #6 it wouldn't work.

But Mercer will fire a coordinator just as they will a truck for not following the rules. For most coordinators I don't think it would be worth the risk.

Most 4 digits are stuck in our ways, we don't have the expenses of the newer guys. So when freight slows down we just take the hit and complain. A lot of the newer tech savy guys will scramble and adapt to make up the revenue.

Remember it is very hard to teach an old dog new tricks. That is why we complain so much about the changes in this industry.
