Don't curse at me like that.... TA is a bad word. This one is cracked, something hit it, got wet inside and shorted out, highly doubt they will warranty something hitting it. Thanks, though. It's not a big deal, I'll just swing by TruckPro or Franklin's in Fontana on Monday and grab the a few of the lights or adapters for any future issues. Besides that, it isn't worth my time to deal with the hassle of a warranty on a light when I can take 30 seconds to grab it for less than $10.

Ya, I'd only cut into the wiring if you had no other choice. Get a couple of the assorted to carry with you for next time. I've had a couple broken by vans backing into me. I always try to park in the last row but sometimes it's not an option.

    It's not LED

Truck is LED, trailer is regular light, just a different pattern on the prongs than a standard light.

I normally try to as well. I'm not sure when it cracked, it isn't shattered (not a very noticeable crack at all) and was working yesterday, but I had my back to a field, so it wasn't yesterday/last night. I do plan on grabbing a few extras though.

Have you backed up to a dock recently? You have to be careful cause the rubber dock blocks don't always line up with each other. I've also cracked a tail light with the end of a chain whipping over the back when tossing them over something.

Not recently, but I guess it's possible it's been cracked for a little while and I just haven't noticed. Hmmm, oh well
