I was wondering wtf you was talking about. These trailers have almost no arch to them. Was pretty sure you had a great dane from mercer.

 

On any load, always anticipate a panic stop, Strap and-or chain accordingly, it only takes a few minutes extra.

 

No I have a Fontaine. It has about a four inch arc in it.

 

Well why the hell did you get a fontaine? Better trade that in, thay star looks to nice to pull crap.

 

Absolutely one thousand percent correct. An extra ten minutes vs a day picking the load up off the highway.

TBH I love the rub rails.

 

Ha, hell has a better chance of freezing over.

 

Fixed that for ya.

 

I dislike those new box style rub rails on the new fontaines. I find them to be a pain when passing bungees through them. As well as chains, then you get the ice and snow inside. Those little clips that hold the steel securement on the strap are a pain.
