Howdy all....have a question: I'm putting together a new trailer deal tomorrow and wanted to know if a 53' step deck is worth the extra 3K if I can't go to California?

 

That's what I was going to say about the tarp. Any time I pulled out of there I could use a steel tarp. Easy load and nice people there.

 

Its not a guess, city horn has to work. The city horn on a t600 is dang near on top of transmission. And that's all I am saying

I got to say, the crowd here sure has changed

 

Oh, no, I've reloaded paper out of Maine when in upstate there. Grab out of the port/naval base in south Maine or NH, grab loads out of the greater Boston area if down in MA, RI, or CT

 

Yeah, they were cool. Had to wait on the truck in front of me to finish, but was still loaded, strapped, and tarped in under two hours.

 

The crowd here has definitely changed. When you look at the list of returned trailers and new people going thru orientation it is becoming another mega. I'm doing ok, you might be ok, but the big picture is the turnover doesn't lie. Heck Jon will tell you of the current numbers of trailer returns and also trailer abandonments. Times are changing.

 

I had a conversation with dale about this just last week. Or turnover is excellent compared to other carriers. Still higher than i can understand, but no where near mega carrier numbers.
