I just recently started with Mercer and they treat you like family. I was able to choose own loads.

 

Yes, last I heard they have them by the time people get to orientation. If you are coming back I'd think (but don't know) 2-3 weeks. But it would probably take that long to make the switch anyhow.

 

Welcome to the family. If you get the chance try to read this thread. A lot of good tips in here on how to be profitable here at Mercer. Well mostly for FB but several van tips too. Also introduce yourself. Are you Flat or Van? Where are you running out of? Again welcome.
