You talking about the pulley that keeps the belt tight? Its easy. Take the belt off with a half inch drive ratchet. One bolt holds the tensioner to the engine front cover. Take a pic of how the belt runs around everything so you put it back on right.

here is my update update . I am a first time owner operator .
I came over on Monday June 20th. had my first load June 23rd .
I have put 15477 miles on the Hub and Grossed $22375 . that is 39 days driving and 7 at home and dose not count the 1700 ill get after i drop tomorrow . so about 1.44 HUB miles .
I know I can do better , Im figuring out the freight lanes .
I took a Canada load for the experience , Not bad at all . The Canadian border guy asked " have you ever been before a judge in your life " and I said no ( that is true ) and he said "really never" , And i said nope . He asked a 3rd time " in your whole life never been before a judge " I laughed and said no sir . then I was on my way - I went thru Quebec and Ontario and nobody checked my truck to see if it was governed . I figured on a 500 dollar ticket when I booked the load - it just never happened , but do not blame me if you go up there and get pinched

We told ya it was easy. 20 minutes of sweating sure does beat waiting half a day and paying a shop over a hundred bucks.

That's why they looked at you weird? Only because your truck was squealing? :p
