Define newer.... I think I'm one of the newer ones on the thread, I've been here for a year and a half.

I love it. I pull a flat and I've gotten lazy. I'm not financially there, but my golf game says I'm almost ready for retirement, lol. Actually, I suck, but that's still an improvement from where my golf game was when I started here.

    CJndaTruck and RStewart Thank this.

The way you guys talk it's almost like being retired working there. Lol. I'm ready to retire also. Lol. I'm real new there, so new that I'm pre-Mercer since I've been approved but I haven't made it there yet. But I'm coming.

Yay, finally a dry day since I got my replacement window. Old window out, new one in. On a bright note, it's super simple to replace the top glass in a T680 sleeper

    RStewart Thanks this.

How are some of you newer mercer drivers doing rate per mile wise? This forum is lots of smoke and mirrors and they beat around the bush on the answers sometimes.

Does mercer have much southeast freight and if so how are the rates?

How are you doing with mercer? Are the rates per mile decent?

If you call a recruiter Monday and ask about a region they'll get load counts and average rates for the region you're interested in drawn up for you.

I think I was told around 1.80/mile average

I was surprised at how detailed the recruiter was willing to be with me, but if you're looking for screenshots of the board like land star will do I don't think Mercer allows that. I've ran into a couple drivers and they've all been willing to walk me through it and give examples in person though.
