OK with that you need to get very proactive to start. You Have to get on that load board and start grabbing your own freight. Also when you know your going to an area give the local agent some heads up. There are only a few of us here so until an agent knows you they don't waste time posting con loads.

It's takes a minute to get the ball rolling with it. But once your a little established the $ is there. Heck I got $2.75 out of Dallas today with no downtime. And we know how cheap TX is.

Both, although the agent is gone now. Don't let the board scare you. It's important to aide you in identifying both hot and cold markets.
