Yep, high is better. Above your headache rack? Are they real bright? Hard to believe they are very bright for that price. What's their output?

Petro in Joplin Mo. had two work lights at 1600 lumens each for $35.00.
CJndaTruck and spyder7723 Thank this. -
I feel naked.
I accepted a UPS load for this weekend, then remembered that my wheelbase is extremely short. I don't think I can pull a van with my headache rack. I've had a few loads that scratched my headache rack because it's so tight. Anyway, I pulled the rack off since I committed to the load and if I say I'm going to do something I will do it if I can help it. It just feels/looks weird seeing my truck without it on there.Airborne, Lone Ranger 13 and CJndaTruck Thank this. -
@Razorwyr if it's a container on a chasis or a pup trailer check the clearance from your mudflaps to the landing gear. They have a deep king pin setting. A lot of guys have ripped their mud flap brackets off on those trailers.
Lone Ranger 13 and Razorwyr Thank this. -

Even an incandescent light bulb gives around 375 lumens of light for a 25 watt bulb and he said it was an LED light, not an incandescent light.
An LED light would put out around 1500 lumens with 25 watts of power.
