Lol, no need for popcorn at all. It simple , not everything in life is a conspiracy. Cj, someone asked me about a conestoga. Yours is a chameleon brand correct? Did you get the option where the attachment goes on rear , to roll it clear of trailer? Is that for storage purposes or is it applicable to remove at customer location?

It's really for storage. It's takes up a lot of space on the deck if you tried to haul it around (I tried) and really limits the loads you can get (which as you know are already limited).

A decent crane operator has no problem getting a 47' pipe on your deck with the curtain on.

The one i saw was rails that attached to rear and had a couple supports , it allowed it to be rolled off rear,. Could it be stored underneath? I looked at fastrak with run open option,. But that just an elastic wrap deal .

It can be hauled around. It's just a bit of a pain. Yes it is just rails and can probably be put underneath. The rails are about 10' long and at first I thought it would allow for more loads. It really didn't work out that way. Heck finding loads for it is hard enough. Trying to explain the whole thing can come off was just a pain. Besides, few things are longer then 40' and that's about the deck space you have when open. But yes you can hual that thing around if you wanted too. Mine works best in the garage. TBH I should have saved my money.

Thanks for the replies @CJndaTruck and @spyder7723. I'm currently running my own numbers pulling reefer I'm just getting tired of the reefer side. That's why I was curious about Mercer in the PNW.

I think some are just unfamiliar with them,. I wonder if some are afraid of damaging the roller rails
