The real impressive thing is those were found in the load board. No secret handshake committee involved.

 

I've been running $2.50 - $4.50 all off the load board for a couple weeks. Yes I've got a few loads via agents request, and the Conestoga that ran with me yesterday was paid well to DH from MS to pick that load up. But that happens when the customer will only load certain trailers. I had to turn down $1600 today on less then 400 miles. I had to put my trailer in the shop. But the agent claims they are running all week if I want them so hopefully I can get rolling tomorrow. Be safe out there.

Oh and for you newer kool aid drinkers, study the board! There are 3 areas really booming right now. The $5500 GA to .CA load might just leave you leaving a lot of $$$ on the table. Just my 2 cents.

 

Ya right now i wouldn't go to Texas for 5500 let alone California.

Oh I see what you are saying. Well somebody does as I've heard very similar stories from different agents. It might still be an upper management thing, I don't know. Maybe it came out of the last agent meeting? But something is going on.
