It was mentioned on here at least once that when both boards were up, both bulletin boards were not being updated with the latest changes! Also, a lot of people couldn't even log in to the new board when things were put on the new board bulletin board! In Chrome on my PC and on my Iphone I can't scroll on the bulletin board, so if I have been off for a week or so, and several bulletins came out, I won't see them all. So it's quite possible that things may have been posted but never seen. That's why I had to guess on a date in a previous post, because I couldn't scroll to see it. That may be something to bring up as well!

The roll out of this contractor web update seems as successful as the initial roll out of the obamacare website. That first year was a nightmare, but I think Mercer topped it.
Airborne, CJndaTruck, Allan M and 2 others Thank this. -

I have encountered folks who have sent here 9 months who weren't on the contractor load board, but on the broker board on mercertown.com
I am speaking of notices on there in general.
But let me add vangtransport , I thank you for these posts. You have pointed out several issues that can be asked about and discussed, thanks . I appreciate your honest thoughts and opinions . I appreciate you doing this.Last edited: Jul 1, 2017

But personal attacks and name calling don't go far there. But there's quite a few more mercer guys there also.
We try to actually give more discussion leeway there. Til people get attacked.
I actually have seen you get more ragging here than there.Last edited: Jul 1, 2017

Mercer has some serious, serious issues when they need "mentors" and "driver advocates" to be this helping hand.
This is not a dig at you mickey, I understand you just want to help guys navigate thru this. I just see the Mercer of yesterday as compared to the Mercer of today and it's sad.
First off, Mercer is a successful company that's been doing this for many years. They know how it's done. They screwed up. The sad thing is they should have known (or they did know) that the roll out was plagued with bugs.
Second, They hire smart capable owner operators that don't need baby sat.
This used to be a well oiled machine, you guys should be pissed.RStewart, CJndaTruck, vangtransport and 3 others Thank this.
