That's apples and oranges! Like you pointed out, trucking has changed! All I have known pretty much since I've been here is how to use the board, you yourself have advocated not relying on just a coordinator and learning how to use the board! So it's not a case of "drivers just complaining", or "not liking change", like your attempting to suggest by comparing now and then!!

As I have mentioned just going to scanning bills caused a lot of discussion.
That's not to excuse anything, but you would figure it caused a ruckus.
On the old load board we used to be able to commit , refuse ,or match ourselves to load from that screen.
That removed the match from that because folks match themselves to load after load and thus triggered many phone calls from coordinators -

For example, here is a PM after I tried emailing tech support several times with no response:
Me:
How are we supposed to give feedback on the new Contractor Web, when some of us can't access it due to errors like: "The page isn’t redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete".
Mercer:
Email techsupport@mercer-trans.com
Their response to me indicated they had no interest at that time in helping me! This was during that time we were supposed to be evaluating the new board.lol
I've also come on here when someone jumped through hoops to help me, but as you can see, that's not always the case, as in the response I'm still waiting on that I submitted on the 28th!!CJndaTruck Thanks this. -
