I run 120 on steers and 110 on drives, sidewall mins are 110 and 100. At almost 160k miles, I've got 10/32 on steers and 17/32 on drives, no uneven wear, and I've never rotated them. I do run counteract balance beads also...

*** And do not adjust your tire pressure for winter or summer months. Not sure if you've heard that myth before....

Not sure if people are talking about changing the pressure from summer to winter and vice versa, or just pointing out that the required pressure will be different depending on the temperature of the tire when you are checking the pressure. A lower pressure is necessary if you are inflating the tires at a cooler temperature because they will build pressure as they heat up.

The tire pressure is the same in all seasons. The number on the sidewall of the tire is the minimum air pressure, checked cold, to run the tire at. Running a low rolling resistance tire 5-10% higher than the number on the sidewall will allow the tire to actually run cooler.

"Checked cold" is the key statement. Goodyear advises that tire pressure changes 1-2PSI for every 10 degree change in temperature.

Yes tire pressure increases as it heats up that's why you check the tires before you run on it.

I set my steers at 128 psi & drives & trailer at 115 psi.I only set them first thing in the morning before I drive on them.

I was thinking about bumping up my steers to 125, but now that I got new monroe shocks, if the ride gets any stiffer I might need a spinal cord replacement.... and your Oklahoma roads ain't helping things either :p

Yes, I've heard the "lunch counter liars" say stupid comments about you should let air out of your tires in the summer.... and how they've seen tires explode because they were hot and became over-inflated bla bla bla

I have junk shocks (fixing that this week) & my ride is no different at 128 as it was at 110. I was hoping the new Monroe shocks would fix some of that.

I noticed significant difference from 100 to 120, but that was on a new truck with new suspension components obviously.
But since adding the new shocks, if hit some good sized bumps or pot holes, I swear my dash is going fall off. LOL
