That's what I'm thinking. It can't be too expensive. Buy one & change it. If the old one is still good then keep it for a spare. But I bet the bearing is going bad.

 

I would probably try this first.

 

The red one is the tensioner pulley. I would bet the bearing is bad. If soap quiets it, there is too much rolling resistance in the bearings. A cheap and very easy fix. Shouldn't take 15 minutes, including getting out tools, changing pulley, cleaning tools and washing your hands.

 

How many maintenance reports are due ? You can get a copy , fill out and fax or send to coordinator.

If you have or can find a way to print it, I can send it to you to print.
But be on it and ready at 8 am Tuesday.

They usually don't put u out of service til the 3rd one is past due

Depends on location....i have a few friends in the area that I called to check on and they were all above water the whole time
