Now that's pretty easy to understand , now why was there so much confusion. This was posted also on the load board

 

No confusion, I was just asking questions as I never got the email. I'm on hometime and booked up coming off hometime until 10/28, no need to look at the load board. I wasn't confused so much as ignorant of the whole thing. It was easily explained, just needed the explanation.

 

No one person was confused. Everyone, except you, think its horse #### that we have to log into our device to send in logs when off duty at home.
So at 8 am i log in, going on duty for 1 minute to submit 2 days of logs, can't wait till the third day or i get placed out of service and lose my board position. At 2 pm an agent calls me about a load that needs to get picked up that afternoon and be several hundred miles away by 7 am. today done perfectly legal, after the 23rd ill be in hos violation. Sorry spyder you could have made a grand tonight but because you had to log in to your device to submit logs so you are SOL.

And you may be thinking that this won't happen, just a few weeks ago i got a call from an agent after 11 pm that led to almost 20 thousand dollars in revenue. So yes it can and will happen.

If you have to log in to send logs , I would get a Qualcomm.

But I thought the letter I posted said you could stay in the app and submit from app menu , doesn't that mean stay in the app but off duty and not log off.

I haven't logged off since the day i installed my Qualcomm June 18, 2016.

But seriously if you are trying to say there wasnt any confusion over this we must be reading two different forums.

Some of you have just decided you don't like any change at all and resent anyone telling you something has to change.

I have had someone tell me today that when in orientation 2 years ago, they were told they had to submit logs every 3 days on Keller , maybe that was the standard and no one was following it. On Qualcomm we are supposed to approve logs everyday, same as signing paper .
