I do say No. But when he starts out with the same lie everytime it's gotten annoying. Saying every time he has a load that the customer needs moved desperately but yet they are all in on the measly rate is hog wash... Like I said it is what it is.... It's done and over... On to bigger fish to fry ;)

I hear ya. Not all van rates are good ones like this either.

Tell them you can see why they are desperate to get it moved. No one wants to run for free. Lol

I tried and tried to get the air dryer cartridge off with no luck... Seen another thread on here where a guy had to hook a strap to his pickup truck to get the thing loose... I aint doing that... I didn't even attempt the purge valve Imy guessing that's a nightmare also lol.

Those cartridge are in a PITA.. Mine was on there really really well.. Get a Strap filter changer.. Worked best with getting it off. Using a pick up truck and a strap?? That sounds like trouble lol

That's the kind I've been using, the strap filter changer... I had my body in a pull up position sideways trying to get it loose and no luck... lol... TrI'd taping around it with a hammer to help it also but no good... I'm going to post in the Mechanics thread maybe someone has a idea that worked for them...

Just call their number and they'll tell you what to look for; I think I had the same questions you did and called the 800 number and they pleasantly walked me through it.

Another reason I just replace the whole thing each year, couple of bolts and few airlines...... done in 15 minutes, and 10 minutes is me messing with the teflon tape trying to make it look pretty :p

I figured I would be fine just changing the valve and cond. And save $300.
