From what I've seen, if you accepted a load, then the rate changes, the load is re-posted. Had it happen 3 times in the last week, all three times the load re-posted. 2 of the 3 times the agent called me, 1 of the 3 times I was able to refuse it after it was re-posted! So chances are you may have made a mistake!
