My complaint would be that a good, clean, well behaved, professional Mercer hand can go into Louisville and complain about something. His take away from the meeting is: That's the way it is, if you don't like it, don't let the door hit you in the ### on the way out. We will just replace you with an unknown next week.
Mercer should do more to make these professional acting guys feel more important to the operation. (there I go, slipping back into the good old days)Last edited: Oct 29, 2017

Is there away to tighten up my Drivers door? It rattles sometimes when hitting big bumps or heavy winds. Not sure if its just a older truck thing or maybe i can tighten up the latch?

I have heard many complain at truck stops, but when I offered to help , with their permission, often time it turned they actually hadn't contacted anyone about the issue.
What I have found mtoo , the people at mercer haven't changed as much as the people they deal with have.
If they have changed it's a direct result of the people they have to deal with.
I just haven't seen good contractors treated that way. You give respect , you get respect. -
Any of you guys run Canada? I grabbed my passport from where I had it stored a couple days ago. More or less just in case I'm ever "in right place at right time" and a good paying northbound load pops up. I think since I've been here 1 time I've seen a load that paid really good going to Canada from a area I was in... The only south bound loads I see on the board are only ever in Ontario and Quebec... I wonder if in the winter do those loads pay better?
