Majority of military loads I see now days are on the backs of White Volvos from the Chicago area anyhow..... This country is ran by crooked people one after the other so nothing new.
I only know what has been in the news but taxpayers didnt get stiffed for 20M. The stuff woulda been shipped anyway so the settlement is probably far more than the profit they made.
