I never had any issues until last month when we couldnt submit logs. Since then it has problems every single day. Spent an hour on the phone with them yesterday and 2 hours today while they tried to change things to make it work. By the time they were done i lost all my guages and most of the warning lights were on. They said theyd call me back and never did. When i called them back they said nothing we can do until a supervisor looks over the files. Then took 2 call transfers to get someone to put it back like it was so my instruments work but they said its not gonna record drive time anymore til they figure it out.

 

Id be long done with it if I had to spend that much time on phone... No thanks

Are you using your phone or a tablet?
When I was using my phone I some problems, but since I switched to a dedicated tablet not a single problem.
I also never updated the to the newer app version either.

Its a tablet just for keller and drivewyze. I never updated until all this started cause they said they couldnt fix it on tje old version. Apparently tjey cant on the new version either.
Fyi tjey told me today that everyone will have to update soon cause theyre changing it from an aobrd to an eld.

 

I just can't win with Owens Corning Insulation loads... SMH right before the Holiday to. Loads been planned since Friday but they don't have my product still waiting on it to come in but yet got a whole warehouse full of insulation... Already know I'll be here all day just to get screwed cause the product still hasn't showed.
