Say load pays $500 and you drive 100 miles.. If it takes $500 for the driver to move your load then thats what it takes... I hear of so many drivers getting screwed by this lol

I'm wondering more on the lines of how they find the relay driver? Does the load run the board from its current location as power only or does it not even go on the board?

I don' know if it hits the board or not, but they have a team of people that make phone calls to drivers that are empty and try to convince them to recover the load.

I'm sure you will again. Just next time remember we are supposed to call when told to bobtail so that the ups higher ups can try to find a trailer in route. Or they can make you wait a couple hours for one as long as it won't put you over your 14.

yeah i always call them when they tell me to BT. Plainfield isn't happy about it but Col has nothing for me at 0200 when i get in. Those runs leave at 9pm unless they start sending me to 81st but the chance on getting an empty from 81st to take to plainfield is gonna be low

All in all, how do you like doing those runs? Is this your first time pulling doubles?

I think he is pulling 48s and 53s. I've pulled a couple sets of doubles and got a couple more in my package but mostly its 53 ft trailers.

    HalpinUout Thanks this.
