Hmm my Vice Grips are not working. gonna try a socket that's ment for broken bolts:/ If this doesn't work idk what to do prob gonna have to drill this dam thing out

 

Are you heating it with oxygen and acetylene

 

You might try this if there is enough room and enough thread exposed. It always works for me on cars.

Propane torch is what im hitting it with

 

I just used a regular ratchet. I would want to use slow and steady pressure anyway.

Not enough heat from propane , if you know someone with portable tanks that can come over, it would be better. You can use Mapp gas with your propane torch which is a little hotter but in your case oxy and actyline
