Ya based on internet reviews alone I'd never buy them. But when someone you actually know and trust says they are well worth the money its a lot easier to shell out 700 bucks just for 2 shocks.

Side note of today's adventure. Mrs santa left me lots of fishing goodies under the tree. Spent all morning organizing the new tackle box with all the different stuff she ordered. Finally got out on the water about 2 pm made it about a hundred yards and sputter sputter clunk. Rowed back to dock loaded up and went home. Got my tools out and discovered the fuel filter is gummed up and plugs are fouled. So drop the boat and head to the little creek a mile from the house. Not there 5 minutes and my little girl is screaming bloody murder "i need help" "its huge!" I talk her through it and she gets it out of the water. Break out that new shiny scale. 4 lbs 2 oz. If she wasn't hooked before she sure is now. And gary yamamota has a new biggest fan. An hour later we each had a half dozen or so, but nothing near as big as that one. And while paving up she suggested if i just pull one more load a month we will never run out of gary yamamota worms... think i may have created a monster here.

I agree on the shocks situation.

Now to the important stuff. Wow, a 4lber! She's definitely hooked. Lol. I get that was fun on her equipment. Lol. Hopefully the carbs aren't bad.

    Was you throwing a senko?

She was throwing a 5 inch senko. Watermelon with red flakes. I was throwing a rattletrap.
I don't think the carbs are bad... tho that would be a good excuse to get that nitro we saw at bass pro on Sunday that she fell in love with.

I have many times. It's all right. Make sure you go thru the proper gate or they will give you crap about it. You will follow the loader thru the yard to a loading point , get loaded and pull back out to the staging area for strapping down. Some days they are fast and some days you may have a lot of trucks.

EDIT. Too early in morning! yes I have been to the main plant as well. You pull up to the gate they have 3 lanes to park. Walk to the shipping office , make sure you have your drivers license with you. do your paper work and the loader will call you on the cb. When entering gate pull up to it and push the red button for access. They have 5 loading lanes, the loader will tell you which one to park at. once loaded you will follow the building around to another gate. You scan your bol to exit. the securement area will be in front of you. The last gate you pull up to and it will open. If you get there early in the morning you should be ok, close to lunch time you may need to pack a lunch. The people at the main plant are a lot nicer then the storage yard.

Ok thanks. Ya I've been to that storage yard couple times. When I booked the load I assumed this was the place only to find out it was the actual plant. To be honest I didn't know they had a plant in Medina. And ya unfortunately I won't be there first thing in the morning that's why I was asking lol. I just hope its not as bad as the one in Summit, IL. I guess ill be finding out. I appreciate it.

That's my favorite plastic color. You should take lessons from her on which baits to throw. Lol.

Umm... Who fell in love with the boat?

She did. And my wife. They wanted me to buy it on the spot. I kept looking at that 35k dollar price tag and saying no way no how not happening.
