I'm going to be headed to the Philadelphia Port on Friday. I'm sure I'm in for a good time lol. I've never been there.

Make sure you truck tag is registered with the port, call mercer and double check

 

And some us adapt to change very well and keep right on going.

I don't mind calls, emails , texts , I worked thru any problems with the new load board, it was a change , but here we are now , I somehow survived.

I simply don't see the the end of the world coming.

But I have not ran 120,000 since my first year here 7 years ago , nor ha be I hit 200k since .


I hit 170,412 last year on 89,000 all miles.





Maxed on tag bonus last 3 years.

I am a happy camper

 

One reason is the average you hear isn't the actual AVG.

One reason is many here find a comfort zone and don't have to run a bunch of miles or generate huge revenue to make money

 

You need to look for excitement when you're out of the truck, not while you're in it

 

Pulled up to a cat scale @ 0650 had to walk up to the Schneider truck sitting on the scale doing a 30 break , ask him to get his ars out of here. Plenty of places to park

 

It seems the drivers in SC/GA Don't give a ####.. Im at the loves here(WITH A REPAIR SHOP) Driver pulls into the fuel lane. Broke Power cord for trailer.. He doesn't get that fixed he just has it zip tied to the air lines and not plugged in.. A knight trailer is here and the side skirt on his trailer is falling off.. He looks at it and leaves.. WHAT is going on lol. This morning when i went into a rest area 10 trucks where parked where the shouldn't of been which blocked about 5-6 open spots:/

 

if you are loading out of New Orleans port monday they will be closed its a Holiday(MLK...)

 

Glad you mentioned this. I called and they had to update my E-Modal so I can load out of there.
