Anyone know why, when they reimburse you from something on a particular trip it won't come with that trip settlement, it comes at a later date? I did a O/S load and of course my printer ink runs out on page 2 of 5 so I had Mercer fax me the Permits to a truck stop. Its only $10 so I'm not complaining by any stretch just wondering why wouldn't that come with the trip settlement? That's been the only reimbursable expense I've had here...

Ive only had 2 reimbursable items but both times i had to call truck pay to get them to process it. Its never a problem but they say ya here it is then i get paid for it.

I called when it wasn't on my settlement and truck pay told me it will come a later date... I didn't question them on why it would come at a later date just wanted her to acknowledge receiving it which she did...

My butt got tired of puckering tonight. Do 60mph when a pickup with a camper starts to slide next to me on ice. Nothing like hoping he stays in his lane so I don't take him out... MS isn't putting salt down....

I know what they say, but just like they say they reimburse for tolls when routed i have never gotten reimbursed for it. And after so many calls to truck pay who then tells you you need to talk to the person in billing or permits, i just give up and learned to look at od loads as they either pay enough to absorb that cost, or they don't and i don't accept them.

That's a phone call you should never have to make.
