I don't know, maybe your ride height is screwed up and the bags are never fully inflated, then with the movement/bumps of the roads its creating extra stress on the edges of the bags (assuming they are cracking and leaking on the rolled edges). But if that were the case I'd think you'd notice an extra rough ride and would lead to drive line problems.... just a shot in the dark :p

Could be ride height. Called the dealer long time ago about it they said put a level in door jam... problem is level says front of truck needs to be 5 inches higher lol

Is the trailer supposed to be even with the door of the truck? That seems like it would vary too much between trucks and trailers and all the different models to be a standard answer. Or did I misunderstand?

Ride height isnt measured by a level in the door, maybe for the cab but not the frame

It's the cab airbags that are the problem

I can't remember where I heard it, maybe from Mike Beckett's podcast, but I'm pretty sure ride is truck specific...

I don't know man, I was thinking maybe your shocks are bad and causing your airbags to prematurely deteriorate. Could have just been a bad airbag.... those are cheap. I went through 3 starters in 4 or so months, not so cheap. :p
