I had an issue with keller once where it wiped all my drive time and put my whole day so far on duty so when I started to drive after getting loaded I was in violation. Of course this happened right at 1700 and everyone was gone when I called. They said they don't keep anyone in logs after hours anymore because it was always the same few people calling in because they kept messing up their logs. I called the next morning and had them fix it.

 

If anyone remembers the generic password they gave us when we first switched to the new website please PM it to me change my login last week and they gave me that generic password to login again then change it to my password but I forgot what the generic login was

Yes you can, up until you approve your logs,. If you haven't approved logs for 7 days for example , you can edit all 7 of those days

 

They are doing maintenance, it seems they started earlier than advertised,.

 

The 500 bucks I spent on my Qualcomm and I installed myself has been well worth the money.

I agree, although I think mine was $700 but not one issue in 7 months. Money well spent. They will let you pay half then deduct the remaining balance over a month if you like.

 

I like free stuff but I cannot tolerate things not meeting my expectations. I sold out before Mercer made us go ELD. Had I stayed on and went ELD, I would have went with Keller. But after a short while of aggravation I would pay the money and go for quality. I hate being pis*** off because of stupid stuff.

 

62 out in Kansas today. Nice to be able to sit without truck or APU running. Supposed to snow here tomorrow hopefully my delivery is quick and I can dodge it
