Must've been special load. Average load from NC to CA is $3800 with a couple drops. And no, I don't need a better coordinator or better negotiating skills. You're not listening, there is other freight that pays as good or better. No need to haul forklifts.

When I deliver Monday I'll have done $4975 on 3200 miles in 10 days. One load weighed 13k lbs & the other is 7700 lbs. During that 10 days I had 2.5 days off in NY & I'll be home tomorrow at dinner & leave Monday morning to deliver. I didn't pull any forklifts and I went from Texas to NY & back to Texas. The loads served their purpose & put money on the bank.

I only get upset when people give out false info. I average about 2200-2300 miles a week. I ran 3200 this week but like I said, I was on a personal mission. At one time I was only averaging $1.35-$1.45 a mile. Rates are up a little & I've learned the lanes that pay good.thaistick Thanks this. -
