Wow, that $612 a week plus the cost your going to pay on the trailer is pretty hefty. How long have you been driving?

The payment isn't too outrageous, but what might be is the terms of the lease, ie years and balloon payment. $613/wk x 260 wks (5yrs) = $159,xxx But if its 6 or 7 year term or a $30k buyout well then.....

You can damage some of that thin metal coils used for cans and such. You could use rubber matting material. When I x chain steel plate to prevent forward movement. I will use plastic edge protectors or 1 inch thick felt. In the picture you posted you may try putting some felt or some other material between the top portion of the edge protectors and the product it may help reduce movement of the edge protectors. Just an unproven thought.

It's what I was told a couple days ago. I'm not sure they are going to make people running Keller get rid of it but they are going to stop offering it. They still have a lot of issues with it.

You're exactly right about the tax write off. I've had guys tell me they would never rent a trailer like this. I said fine, stay where you're at giving up 35% of the load. Your trailer rent is included in that percentage you give up. I'll take an extra 10% on each load & pay the trailer rent. It doesn't come anywhere close to being 10%. I've only been charged the overage on miles (the rent payment is only good for 7700 miles, then they charge an extra $.03 a mile for the miles over 7700) twice in 10 months. Hmm... Maybe I'm lazy & don't work enough. Lol

I think if you have to talk weeks when it comes to your truck payment, you are in trouble.

60 monthly payments under 1500. That way you can make a living, and save up money for lot lizards, I mean, tires...

Keller is an AOBRD, not an ELD, it will no longer be legal in the summer of 2019 from my understanding.

All it takes is a software update. it. It's probably because the Qualcomm works better, less problems.

You don't see folks having strokes over their Qualcomm problem.
