I'm sure since corporate runs it now that they don't let has beens stay on. Lol. I left the page before I ever left Mercer.

 

At the same to say a company fall like this one has... Simply because they just wanted to hire anybody with a pulse last year and I'm pretty sure that has a lot to do with it Considering their safety score is in the toilet...

 

From reading your comments they all basically say that they hire anybody with a pulse and their safety score is in the toilet and all their freight is getting pathetic. Why don't you go in and tell them who to hire and who not too. I am sure they would appreciate it. Or if you are not happy then find another company.

 

I know their safety score is bad but I don't think that's the only issue. It definitely plays a part but I believe their customers are getting their freight moved and getting the same service for less money.

 

Let me make this clear...i know what issues are causing the dot problems...if they Choose to look the other way, then yes its problem they care about....so before spouting, try knowing what is being said...

 

With a bad safety rating score, they don't have the leverage to get what they were getting...

 

Not spouting I know they have issues
So deal with it, take over the business, or move on.
All you keep whining about is low pay and bad rating. Move to a different company.

The other day I was talking with a hand from another company while we were tying down. He said they're not slow at all.

 

I've said as much good about this co as bad...the problem with certain folks is they live with their head in the sand a don't want to see anything... not my problem folks refuse to see the good with the bad...

 

Problem isn't rates here..problem is complete lack of frieght availability...based on industry numbers, flat isn't dead..so think about it..
