that’s what I’m afraid of. I’m currently looking for 10+ acres of land, near a city that has lots of outbound freight. This way I can park my truck on the property and not see or hear my neighbors and they in reverse. not saying don’t be neighborly, just saying most times I like to be left alone.

Thought about that, but NV going towards full time blue state has me worried that slowly the state is degrading into California. Because of this, anywhere I live will be an issue if policies are woke. Traffic is up and I’m starting to see homeless people more and more in Green Valley Ranch south of the 215.

I had only seen 1 in the pst three years. This is starting to irritate me.

I just gotta say I made my first trip to Midwest since last year and all the places that required a face mask didn’t give a crap if you didn’t have one. People were cordial, kids playing outside in schools without masks and life was simple. Something that’s slowly being lost in Nevada.

I just drove US-95 from Vegas to Reno a few days ago. Some of those towns do seem like they would be quiet and peaceful places to live except they're pretty far from the city if you need medical care. Goldfield looks like everyone just picked up and left in 1950. Beatty is kind of a neat little town, also. Nice to visit, just too far off the beaten track for me.

We have a terminal in Phoenix. The city in recent years has seen a population explosion over the past decade. Back in the mid-90s even though it was large then it was still relatively quiet. Not anymore it seems.
