Then refuse the load. If you get a ticket its your fault.

I'm not sure that you would have that option,, being that you don't scale until you've been loaded and have left the facility.

You always have the option of taking load back. ALWAYS!

Now you should consult your company before doing so.

Must not have a scale there huh? Been awhile since I hauled any Coors but in Golden you were scaled in and out. Budweiser as well.

They have a scale there, weigh you in and out. They just won't tell you your weights. They won't let you leave if over gross, but could care less about your axle weights. They let you on the dock and will load it how you tell them if you want. Every time i loaded ther they were pretty good about loading it correctly.

well budweiser weighs you each way and doesnt let you leave till you are legal
once i had to sit 8 hours on a sunday while they did inventory before they fixed it
in cartersville ny robotic forklifts weigh every pallet as they put it on and still screw it up

My wife works for Miller Coors customer service. I told her about your complaint and she said she would forward your comments to the appropriate department which is their polite way of saying go kick rocks. :biggrin_25520:

Never had that issue at the Ft. Worth Plant or any Miller, they won't tell you axle weights same reason Bud won't give you a print out of the scale readings, they don't want to be responsible if it was wrong. But they have reloaded me the one time I was heavy. As for the exit guards, i would be an a hole all day to if I had to deal with some of these drivers.

That's where I'm picking up now... So far they've done a good job of getting my temper fired up.
